The St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church Ministry-JOURNEY TO SECOND CHANCE, is a faith-based ministry committed to the restoration and rehabilitation of the currently, as
well as formerly incarcerated members of society. We also provide support and assistance to those who are impacted the most by incarceration, the children and families of those who are incarcerated.
